I wasn't kissing her, I was whispering in her mouth...

Colored pencil drawings by Julia Randall.  Moist.

k-kinda busy.

That was one of the top 8 contestants on this season of SYTYCD Lauren, and all star Pasha
doing the Cha Cha to Gaga's song Telephone.
Amazing!
Lauren's a contemporary dancer and she killed ballroom...you don't see shit this boss on Dancing With The Stars.

Below is a routine from the beginning of the season choreographed by Mia Michaels, danced by Billy and Alex who are contestants on this season (I picked Alex Wong for the win but he was injured and had to leave the show this week) and all star Ade.  I love it!

This last video is a super sick hip-hop routine from this weeks show, danced by Ashley and all star Dominic.  It's so so so rad!  If you watch nothing else, you have to check this out!!  Except embedding is disabled (fuckers!) so you have to follow this link:

GO!

Fashion's Willy Wonkas and their Glamour Factory

Viktor and Rolf are quickly becoming one of my favorite designers, not only becuase they design amazing clothes but also because of their showmanship and creativity when it comes to presentation.  The fashion show for their 2010 F/W collection is so unique and interesting, that even I was shocked and pleasantly suprised.

The runway was graphic and awe inspiring and the concept was so cool.  Basically they start off with the beautiful and mature model Kristen McMenamy walking down in all her glory wearing a massive ensemble and stop mid runway on a rotating stage.

Then other models join her on the rotating stage and the designers themselves disrobe Kristen piece by piece and place the outerwear on to the younger models who then walk the full runway in their newly assembled looks.  Once Kristen was stripped down to her bodysuit, the process was reversed.  Certain pieces transformed themselves with a pull of a string allowing them to return to their original model in different form.

Viktor & Rolf, known for being the great performance artists of the fashion industry explained that their motto when creating this show's concept was  "Glamour Factory", giving the impression that Kristen was the prototype who was giving birth to her power woman clones.

Of course I am drooling over all of the black and the different textures.  I love the oversized zipper pulls and drawstrings.

You can see the entire collection at Style.com.  Or watch the full fashion show below.
